What Happens with coaching?

I encourage you to come into our coaching engagement with specific goals to achieve, goals you can see holding yourself accountable to and achieving. Because coaching is all about you, the agenda for what you want to coach about during our sessions is always in your control. While I will dance in the moment of what’s happening in your day, you set the destination for each coaching session.

Before we start our coaching engagement, I recommend you participate in a brief reflection activity. Click the “complete reflection” button below and please share with me what you learn. The reflection is about what works well now, what you know about you, and what you want to work even better in the future, and what you need to do to get there. I believe the reflection can demonstrate the value of this investment in you and how you’ll know you’re getting your money’s worth from coaching.

YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT.
